I intend to walk you through the software license terms that control your use of the Bassbet Casino platform. These terms represent a binding agreement between you and the operator the moment you access any of our digital products. I have drafted this document to protect both parties while ensuring you grasp exactly what rights you have and what restrictions are in place when you engage our gaming software across desktop and mobile devices in the United Kingdom.
1. Grant of Licence
When you register an account with Bassbet Casino, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform. This authorisation is strictly confined to accessing the gaming offerings, account management tools, and related digital services through authorised channels. The software is not purchased; you receive a conditional right to use it under the terms I set out here.
The license covers all user-side applications, including the instant-play web platform, any downloadable desktop software we may release, and our mobile-optimised browser interface. I want to be clear that this license does not cover the backend components, proprietary algorithms, RNGs, or backend infrastructure that operate Bassbet Casino. Those components stay fully under our control and are never distributed to end users.
Your permission becomes active after successful registration validation and continues until either you voluntarily terminate your account or we terminate the agreement in accordance with the provisions outlined later in this document. During the license duration, you may access the software from various personal devices, as long as each session is started by you only and safeguarded with your unique credentials.
1.1 Authorised Use
1.2 Restricted Conduct
I permit you to use the Bassbet Casino software solely for personal, non-commercial amusement. This indicates you are allowed to play games, manage your account balance, examine transaction history, and contact customer support through the given interfaces. Any activity falling outside these boundaries requires my explicit prior written consent, which I will assess per instance.
You are welcome to record images of your gameplay for personal records or to share responsibly on social media, given that you do not misrepresent the software’s functionality or imply any endorsement by Bassbet Casino. I request that you honor the intellectual property within those images and never use them to promote competing services or to formulate inaccurate comparisons that could harm our reputation in the UK market.
1.2 Restricted Conduct
I expressly forbid any effort to reverse-engineer, reverse-compile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from the Bassbet Casino software https://bassbet.co.uk/legal-and-affiliates/. This prohibition extends to examining network traffic for the aim of duplicating our client-server data exchange methods. I further forbid the application of automated scripts, bots, or any kind of AI created to emulate human play or scrape data from our systems.
You must not alter, adapt, or create derivative works derived from any component of the platform. This covers changing graphical assets, sound files, or game logic through memory editing or file replacement techniques. I consider any evasion of our technical protection measures a material breach of this licence, and I hold the right to pursue all applicable legal remedies under UK intellectual property law.
2. Ownership of Intellectual Property
I wish to set total transparency on ownership. Every component of the Bassbet Casino software, including the website design, game graphics, audio elements, user interface layouts, proprietary algorithms, branding materials, and reddit.com underlying codebase, stays the sole intellectual property of Bassbet Casino and its approved third-party game providers. No clause in this licence agreement transfers any ownership rights to you.
The Bassbet Casino brand, logo, domain name, and related trade dress are protected trademarks. I do not authorise you to employ these marks in any manner that indicates affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement without a separate written trademark licence. This restriction applies equally to online contexts, printed materials, and any merchandise you might create. Improper use of our marks amounts to trademark infringement under UK law.
Third-party game titles and accompanying branding found on our platform belong to their respective owners and is utilised under licence. I am unable to grant you any rights regarding those external properties, and you should direct any enquiries about their use to the original rights holders. My capacity to provide these games should not be interpreted as that their creators have renounced any intellectual property protections.
4. External Parts and Game Provider Licensing
The Bassbet Casino site includes software components provided from several third-party game studios and technology vendors. While playing a slot, table game, or live dealer session, you are using code that I have sublicensed for your use under terms set by those original providers. We pass along certain obligations to you as a condition of my own licensing arrangements.
Each game provider holds its own intellectual property portfolio and imposes specific rules on how their content may be viewed and shown. I ask you to observe all digital rights management mechanisms embedded within these third-party games. Attempting to bypass such protections breaches my terms and violates the provider’s rights directly, potentially exposing you to independent legal action from that organization.
I conduct thorough due diligence on all third-party suppliers to guarantee their software meets UK Gambling Commission technical specifications and fairness requirements. However, we cannot assure that every third-party component will work perfectly on every device type. Should you experience persistent problems with a specific game, I encourage you to submit the problem to my support team so we can look into it with the supplier.
4.1 Random Number Generator Certification
All virtual games offered through Bassbet Casino rely on certified random number generator technology. I ensure that both our proprietary RNG systems and those provided by third-party studios undergo regular examination by UK Gambling Commission-approved testing houses. These independent audits verify that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be foretold or manipulated by any party.
You can request summary certification findings for specific game groups through my customer support department. While I cannot reveal the full technical audit documentation due to confidentiality contracts with testing laboratories, we will supply sufficient information to show compliance with UK remote gambling technical rules. This transparency commitment reflects my focus to fair gaming standards.
3. Software Updates and Modifications
I continuously develop the Bassbet Casino platform to enhance performance, security, and your complete experience. As part of this pledge, I maintain the right to implement updates, patches, and new feature releases without prior notice. These adjustments may happen during scheduled maintenance windows or, in urgent cases, right away to address security vulnerabilities or regulatory compliance requirements.
You concur to receive all updates I deliver through official channels. Rejecting an update may cause degraded functionality or complete loss of access until you bring your client software into conformity with our current production version. I craft updates to be backward-compatible with your account data, but I advise you sustain stable internet connectivity during any automatic update process to prevent corruption of local cached assets.
Occasionally, I may discontinue older game titles or introduce replacement versions with altered mechanics or return-to-player profiles. I will attempt to communicate significant changes through the Bassbet Casino website or direct account notifications, but the decision to modify or withdraw any game rests solely with me and the relevant game provider. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised software.
7. Partner Programme Licensing Terms
If you join the Bassbet Casino associate programme, extra licence terms cover the marketing materials and tracking software I make available. I grant approved affiliates a conditional, revocable licence to use our banners, text links, landing pages, and tracking pixels only for the purpose of introducing new players to Bassbet Casino. This licence is contingent on your ongoing adherence to our affiliate agreement.
You must not modify any creative assets I supply without prior written consent. This includes changing banner dimensions beyond responsive scaling, changing promotional text, or combining our branding with content that I have not approved. I provide a range of compliant marketing materials designed to meet both UK Advertising Standards Authority requirements and Gambling Commission guidance on responsible advertising.
Affiliate tracking software works through first-party cookies and session identifiers that I install on the Bassbet Casino domain. You are permitted to install the tracking code exactly as given, positioning it only on domains you own or operate and that I have pre-approved. Any attempt to manipulate tracking mechanisms, artificially boost referral counts, or utilise cookie-stuffing techniques will lead to immediate termination of your affiliate licence and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7.1 Associate Compliance Obligations
As a Bassbet Casino affiliate operating in the United Kingdom market, you carry independent responsibility for making sure your promotional campaigns comply with all relevant laws and advertising codes. I demand you to feature clear responsible gambling messaging, include 18+ age alerts, and link to GamCare or BeGambleAware resources on any page displaying our affiliate links. Failure to meet these criteria puts both your licence and my regulatory standing at risk.
I ban affiliates from aiming at individuals under 18, advertising gambling as a remedy to financial difficulties, or making unsupported claims about winning chances. You must not place Bassbet Casino advertisements on websites primarily aimed at minors or within content that celebrates excessive gambling behaviour. I conduct periodic compliance audits of affiliate sites and will cancel partnerships that do not meet my ethical principles.
7.2 Commission Structure and Payment Terms
The affiliate licence includes access to a real-time reporting dashboard where you can track referred players, commission accrual, and payment history. I determine commissions based on net gaming revenue produced by your recommended players, using the revenue share percentage agreed in your individual affiliate contract. Negative carryover policies and minimum payment requirements are outlined in that contract and are not changed by this general licence document.
I process affiliate payments each month, provided that your commission earned is above the set minimum. Payment options available to UK affiliates encompass bank transfer and select e-wallet services. You are responsible for providing correct payment details and for declaring affiliate income to HMRC in accordance with UK tax duties. I send payment statements that you ought to retain for your tax records.
7.3 Use of Bassbet Casino Brand in Affiliate Marketing
I allow affiliates to employ the Bassbet Casino name and approved logos within the scope of genuine referral activity. However, you must not register domain names including our brand, create social media accounts that could be confused with official Bassbet Casino channels, or compete for our branded keywords in paid search campaigns without explicit written permission. These restrictions protect brand integrity and avoid customer confusion.
You can
Sixth: Licence Termination and Suspension
I retain the right to suspend or end your software licence at any time if you infringe any term set forth in this agreement. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, provision of false registration information, use of prohibited automated systems, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of the Bassbet Casino platform or the safety of other users.
Upon termination, your access to all software functions ceases immediately. I will process any legitimate account balance in accordance with UK Gambling Commission rules on player fund protection, but I reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation where I have reasonable grounds to suspect criminal activity. You may contest a termination decision through my formal complaints procedure, which I operate in compliance with regulatory requirements.
I may also temporarily disable your licence temporarily while I investigate potential breaches. During suspension, you will be unable to log in, place wagers, or withdraw funds. I strive to complete investigations within five business days and will relay the outcome directly to your registered email address. Unjustified suspensions are rare, and I take care to weigh swift protective action with fairness to you as a player.
6.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may cancel this licence at any time by deactivating your Bassbet Casino account through the self-service option in your account settings or by contacting customer support. I will process your closure request within 24 hours and return any withdrawable balance to your registered payment method. Please note that self-exclusion requests follow a distinct, more structured process governed by UK responsible gambling regulations.
5. Player Responsibilities and Safety Obligations
Your licence to use Bassbet Casino software carries reciprocal responsibilities. I ask you to protect the secrecy of your account credentials and to apply reasonable security measures on any device you use to access our platform. This involves ensuring your operating system and browser updated, employing reputable antivirus software, and steering clear of public Wi-Fi networks when logged into your account.
You need to immediately notify me if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login details have been breached. I offer account freeze functionality and 24-hour support contact options for exactly this scenario. Prompt reporting enables me to limit potential damage and investigate the breach. Delayed alerting may impact my ability to recover lost funds or pinpoint the responsible party.
I bar you from giving your account access with any other person, including family members. Each Bassbet Casino account is created for single-user use, and multi-user access creates compliance risks that I cannot tolerate under my UK operating licence. If I spot account sharing through IP analysis or behavioural monitoring, I will suspend the licence immediately and may permanently close the account.
Section 5.1 System Requirements and User Environment
I optimise the Bassbet Casino software for modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, running on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. You are liable for ensuring your device meets the minimum technical specifications listed on our website. I cannot promise full functionality on outdated operating systems, jailbroken devices, or hardware that falls below our recommended thresholds.
Utilizing virtual private networks or proxy services to access Bassbet Casino from restricted jurisdictions is a serious breach of this licence. I deploy geo-location verification tools to apply territorial licensing restrictions, and any attempt to spoof your location will lead to immediate suspension. UK players need to be physically present within Great Britain when placing wagers, as stipulated by our regulatory framework.
Common Questions
Is it possible to install Bassbet Casino software on various devices?
Yes, I allow you to reach your account from multiple personal devices under a single licence. Each device must be owned and controlled by you, and you must secure each with your personal login information. I track for concurrent sessions from remote areas as a protective measure, and strange patterns may prompt a provisional account suspension pending verification.
What occurs to my software licence if I self-exclude?
Upon self-exclusion through Bassbet Casino or the GAMSTOP program, your software license is paused for the duration of the restriction period. I withdraw all access rights and delete you from marketing distributions. After expiration of the exclusion, the license does not automatically renew; you must reach out to me to request reinstatement, which starts a required 24-hour waiting period before access is re-enabled.
Does the licence allow me to stream my game session?
I permit private streaming on services like Twitch or YouTube under specific conditions. You must show responsible gambling messaging on your video overlay, avoid promoting young viewers to bet, and refrain from displaying Bassbet Casino content alongside unlicensed operators. I retain the power to demand deletion of broadcasts that I deem violate these conditions or harm our brand reputation.
Are demo versions of games protected by the identical licence conditions?
Indeed, the free demo versions of games available on Bassbet Casino come under the identical software terms. You may use demos with no deposit, but each limitation on decompiling, content modification, and bot interaction are equally applicable. Trial mode is offered for entertainment and game familiarisation; I do not authorize its use for business training, competitor analysis, or software testing purposes.
How do UK gambling regulations impact my permissions?
Your licence rights are directly influenced by the terms of my business license provided by the UK Gambling Commission. Regulatory requirements on age confirmation, AML checks, and responsible gambling interventions may briefly limit your access even when you have not broken any condition. I apply these measures to ensure compliance, and they constitute the regulatory framework you accept when utilizing our application.
